About Me

I am an accomplished marketing executive with my MBA and 20+ years of experience in both B2C and B2B marketing and advertising. I love working in fast-paced environments that require enthusiasm, creativity, and analytical skills. As a team player, I’m always striving to achieve brand and corporate goals while contributing to overall business development. I have a track record of successfully leading multiple projects and inspiring others to meet tight deadlines. With strong leadership and communication skills, I thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments. I’ve also developed audience-specific marketing programs and helped with commercialization efforts.

What I Do

I have worked in both small and large B2C, B2B and B2B2C companies driving business growth through strategic marketing and business initiatives. I uncover key customer insights and then find the best way to connect the product or brand to the customer need. I look for the highest return on investment, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Strategy

I focus on strategic planning and execution. Beginning with market analysis,  customer needs and segmentation, customer journey/lifecycle, to create marketing plans, and budgets. Research, marketing, media mix, MQLs, and SQLs drive optimal growth performance.

Product Management

Collaborating with product management, I define a vision, align teams, and deliver value. I blend strategy, user needs, and execution to create and market products and promotions that resonate with customers to drive awareness and growth.

Content

I brainstorm, craft briefs, write, edit, and proofread. I produce blogs, case studies, web pages, emails, and presentations. I adopted AI early, create 1:1 marketing automation, execute omni-channel campaigns, and optimize based on analytics and insights.

Marketing

I craft marketing strategies that connect with audiences. I segment customers, create positioning, design campaigns, and leverage digital and offline media to drive engagement, using data to optimize results and fuel growth. I adapt quickly to trends to stay ahead.

Partnerships and Sponsorships

I excel in building and cultivating partnerships and  sponsorships. I identify aligned brands, negotiate deals, and foster relationships that boost visibility and revenue. My strategic approach ensures mutual value and long-term success in dynamic and competitive markets.

Sales Enablement

Working closely with sales executives, I drive sales enablement by boosting demand gen and lead gen on local and national levels.  I leverage marketing automation, deliver training and presentations, review results and adjust to optimize performance. I support both internal teams and outside reps.

Shows & Events

I plan and manage every aspect of trade shows and events with expertise. This includes regional and national training, events, trade shows and turnkey operations. I coordinate logistics, engage attendees, and ensure seamless execution to maximize impact and success.

Branding

I shape branding by designing brand architecture, boosting brand awareness, and craft meaningful stories to resonate with consumers. I align identity with vision to create recognition and loyalty in competitive markets. I have worked with both private label and  national brands.
